Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Digital Origins. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions applicable to returns, cancellations, and refunds.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For eligible non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@digital-origins.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would reasonably examine them in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Please package returned products securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you changed your mind or exercised your statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us before returning it. Where applicable under consumer law, Volkov Enterprise LTD will bear the necessary return costs.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, including products customized with a name, text, or other customer-requested personalization, are not eligible for return or cancellation under the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, contact us at info@digital-origins.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments due to you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by applicable law.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible non-personalized products may instead be returned in accordance with the withdrawal and return conditions described above.

Personalized or custom-made products may become non-cancellable once production or customization has begun, where permitted by applicable law.
